Tohono Chul Park, in collaboration with the Arizona Chapter of ASLA (AZASLA), invites qualified landscape architects and firms to participate in the inaugural Sonoran Landscape Showcase being held on March 7, 2026 in Tucson, Arizona.

Sonoran Landscape Showcase will be an all-day celebration of design in the desert, starting with a public tour of selected designed landscapes and finishing with a cocktail reception at Tohono Chul. The goals of this event are to showcase the beauty, craftsmanship, and distinctive sense of place embodied in Tucson’s professionally designed landscapes, to highlight the value of design, and to empower stewardship to the landscapes that connect us all. Sonoran Landscape Showcase, and the collaboration between AZASLA and Tohono Chul, will continue and grow in the years ahead.

Arizona landscape architects are invited to submit their built projects in Tucson and surrounding communities for consideration. A panel will select three to five exemplary works based on location, type of project and other criteria. Selected projects and landscape architects will be featured on the tour, and a representative will be requested to present at the selected sites. Tour projects will be highlighted widely in social media, promotional materials and at the celebration at Tohono Chul.
