What?: CoffeeTalk - Monthly Networking Event

When?: 2nd Thursday of every month. 5:30 PM - 7:30ish PM No RSVP Needed.. Just Show Up!
Why?: Because! We all know the job market is terrible right now. We also know that there are students who are graduating soon and are looking for job opportunities. We also know that as a chapter, we need to stick together to get through these difficult times.
One of the opportunities identified by the Events Committee was a need for social gatherings that were inexpensive and less formal. There has also been much discussion about seeking ways to include the student chapter in our events. So we've come up with this idea in hopes to provide mentoring opportunities to those students who are interested, provide an atmosphere to network in a less formal setting than our monthly luncheons, and get more involvement in our chapter as a whole.
We chose this location because it's close to the ASU Tempe Campus, and is within walking distance from Light Rail. We are also thinking about choosing a second location near downtown/central Phoenix and alternating between locations every month. We'd like your feedback on that, so please feel free to contact us.
